Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. The product must be in it's original case or package. Within 14 days you can ask for a refund without giving us a reason (Dutch E-commerce law). When te purchased item has damage when you received it please contact us immediately. We can't refund products which are from the categorie: food, underwear and other hygienic products. Whe can refund this products only when there is a fabricage failure or other problem before you started using the product. Please contact us always immediately when there is something wrong with your ordered item.
Digital products can be refunded within 3 days.
Refund will done at the same way you paid the product and or service. When you paid with creditcard we will refund you the whole amount excluding the costs of PayPal for instance.
